Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

A QR code return label will be provided upon request. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund along with a £3 return processing fee.

Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and free from odours including perfume, body odour, smoke, or laundry products. All original tags must be attached.

Items returned in a condition that suggests they have been worn or washed will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender at their cost.

Please note: we are unable to accept returns for items purchased for a specific event or festival where the return request is made after the event date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns Due to Delivery Delays:
Please note that our delivery timeframe of 7–14 days is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery window. If you choose to return an item due to it arriving later than expected, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Return postage will not be covered in cases where the reason for return is delayed delivery.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or intercepted. At this stage, the item is already in transit with the courier and must be delivered to the shipping address provided. If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, please refer to our standard return process.

Returns

If you return an item purchased from the Frisson Express collection, the original delivery charge will not be refunded, as the delivery service has already been fulfilled.

Delivery charges will only be refunded if an item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
